  Participants must complete either “Becoming trauma Informed” E-Learning Module and/or the NES Trauma Skilled Modules at level 2 prior to accessing this workshop.
  

  
  

  Target Audience:

  This workshop is for all staff who have completed the Kevel 1 “Becoming Trauma Informed” E-Learning Module and/or the Level 2 Modules developed by NES.  This workshop will usually be delivered within a team setting.

   Aim:

  The aim of this course is to help you reflect upon:

  •  How you can work in a trauma-informed way.
  • What organisational changes can be made to enable trauma-informed approaches.
  • How wellbeing strategies are essential in a trauma-informed approach,

  
  

  Delivery of these workshops will be considered by making request to StephenA.Smith@fife.gov.uk and are for teams looking to develop trauma-informed approaches.  All staff within team must complete the e-module(s) listed prior to workshop.
