  • Food Hygiene Awareness for Care at Home Staff


    This course is intended for staff within the Care at Home Service who are directly involved in food preparation and/or food handling.  The course is designed to give participants a basic knowledge  of food safety, causes of food poisoning, measures for prevention and how these apply in their work environment.
