This workshop has been developed to help teams reflect upon trauma-informed approaches and how they can be implemented – individually and organisationally. The workshop also focusses on staff wellbeing.
Target Audience:
This workshop is for all staff who have completed the Kevel 1 “Becoming Trauma Informed” E-Learning Module and/or the Level 2 Modules developed by NES. This workshop will usually be delivered within a team setting.
Aim:
The aim of this course is to help you reflect upon:
- How you can work in a trauma-informed way
- What organisational changes can be made to enable trauma-informed approaches
- How wellbeing strategies are essential in a trauma-informed approach
