Job Evaluation and the Appeals Procedure

Target Audience:

This course is relevant for employees who Supervise or Manage Staff.

Aim:

This module will increase Managers understanding of the Job Evaluation Scheme and the 13 factors used to evaluate jobs at Fife Council. It will also introduce the Job Evaluation Appeals Procedure and outline Managers roles and responsibilities associated with it.
