Psychological Trauma – Trauma Informed Organisations – Scottish Trauma Informed Leaders Training (STILT) Teams Webinar

STILT was created in recognition that trauma informed and responsive practice can only happen in the context of trauma informed and responsive environments, policies, systems and organisations.


Target Audience:

This online webinar is for operational and strategic managers implementing trauma-informed systems, processes, environments and teams.

Participant must complete the relevant level 2 (skilled) modules prior to accessing this webinar.

 Aim:

The aim of this course is to support leaders of organisations to develop trauma informed systems, processes, environments and teams from top down as well as bottom up.

 After completing the online webinar, A local TIPTIC or Trauma lead will make contact to discuss what support you need to take trauma-informed practice forward in your organisation or team.
