EPiC (Equal Partners in Care) for Fife Council Partner Organisations
If you are a Fife Council Employee DO NOT DO THIS COURSE! You should do the version in the Health and Social Care Category. Completing this version will not be recorded in your training record.
This e-learning has been developed to support the implementation of the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016.
There are three different e-learning levels. The e-learning you will undertake is dependent on your role and involvement with carers. The levels are as follows:
Level 1 - Carer Aware
This level is for all workers (including volunteers) who may come into contact with the public, and therefore carers. This supports the carers strategy vision that "it's everyone's job to identify and support carers."
Level 2 - Caring Together
This level is for all workers who have regular contact with carers and families, or who have a specific role in carer support.
Level 3 - Planning with Carers as Equal Partners
This level is for individuals with a leadership role in planning, shaping, delivering or commissioning services. This may include workplace training and supporting staff.
Please complete the relevant module to your role by clicking on the appropriate link below. If you are unsure which level to complete, please discuss this with your line manager.
